Hy
I've had this problem i think all my life. I can fall asleep anywere if i let myself but i seem to go into REM sleep instantly and i wake up directly from REM sleep. Given this i find that even if i am woke up it gets me a few seconds to minutes to shake of the dream as in i hallucinate parts of the dream ... things and ppl and creatures i dream populate the real word for a time until they disipate. That sounds all fun and game and it certainly made for some funny situations in the past for the ppl around me (showing things that arent there making them look at a blank wall so that they could see what i see etc.) But now i have a child and i haven't taken care of her during the night just in case i wake up and hallucinate something and act accordingly.
Is this just some active imagination or am i doing something wrong?
