Yeah man i used to listen to them constantly back in 03-07, then kinda tastes changed after that. Recently got back into them when i saw they were playing near me. They regrouped with a new singer, it's just not the same. The song writing is kinda reminiscent of their first album, but a little darker and the lyrics are kinda very specific with a horror film fan style theme. Just not into it. All the old stuff with Agent M though is great stuff.

Honestly i never thought to ask, but makes sense i guess. I had a 30% discount from a prior order that wound up being on intergalactic back order, so i used that and ended up paying around 150 with tax. My order is coming this Thursday and can't wait!

Not sure, i don't have any experience with the s12, or the N5005 yet (order placed just yesterday). But it's also quad BA with a DD in the N5005 vs the s12 planar driver, so i imagine there will be a decent difference between the two, sound wise.

There is a user on here who recently put out a pretty detailed post about the N5005 if I recall. But mostly i just wanted to let folks know about the sale if they're interested

I listen to music for my whole work day, i swap back and forth throughout the day between iems and over ears. Probably winds up to about 4 to 6 hours with iems in per day. Hasn't created any issues for me.

Onkyo is a Japanese hifi company. They primarily make receivers, amplifiers, and home audio equipment. Very similar to Denon. They both just also make headphones. I have eyed the E700M myself, but I ended up going with the Denon AH-C820 for the dual drivers and they're just absolutely phenomenal.
