open the cans at both ends, slide the bread out. we slice in half the long way, lay flat then slice like 3/8"-1/2" thick and butter and brown /toast in a pan like you would a muffin. friggin delicious!

Edgewood is great; is also close to roger williams park. stay on west side of the bay bridge traffic can be a disaster. Pawtuxet village may work for you too.

I'd prob say that about most of RI... transit options are limited. For wakefield it depends on OP's situation... if someone had a family w kids etc you'd prob want a car. From op's post history looks like a Cali transplant and college aged. Wakefield would probably be manageable more so than the rest of south Kingstown
