I’d love to learn how to do this for each estate in the USA. What do you suggest I use to create that? Software… programs..?

Yes. Very true.
I quit drinking almost 18 months ago. Best decision I ever made (so far) for myself. It truly ruins people inside and out.

Very proud of you for stopping drinking and smoking.
They are Hard life habits/routines to break. It’s amazing what changes happen in your life without alcohol! Right!?

Oh. I mean processed foods. Food that is broken down/Made in a factory, not fresh.
Frozen fruit and items like that are different. But items that are not actual fresh/real.
Yes, only fruits and vegetables and clean meats. Also almost ALL fast/easy food comes in a package/processed. It’s killing humans.

Oy. Poor indigo. Color theory is very interesting. It’s so interesting how animals see color different. Or just humans in general.

Try to only eat food that does NOT come in a package. See if that helps. Nothing processed or calories from liquids. I lost 30 pounds doing just that. No exercise. Now walking isn’t as bad.

Also, not consuming anything that comes in a package will work. Aka: processed food or fast food.
Eat whole/real/food and don’t drink anything from a can. See if that changes things.

Some humans can see more colors than others. The roygbiv color system for the rainbow is dummy downed. There are way more colors in the spectrum.
