Reminds me of the time my car broke down in a small town in Florida and the only AAA tow truck in the entire county broke down on its way to me.

I had keyboarding in middle school. I loved it and was doing well, but halfway through I got a fracture in one of my finger bones and couldn't continue the class. They still gave me credit so I didn't have to take it again (it was mandatory) and I had to take it again in high school because I actually wanted to learn how to touch type.

Almost sounds like a Douglas Adams twist to me, like the story of Adam and Eve turns out to be true, but it was actually supposed to be the duck-billed platypus and the whole apple thing made God change his mind.
