This is true, and this is also why innocence is assumed rather than guilt as the prosecution could be full of shit. people say the video is damning though from my perspective it is vague minus the part you just reference so witnesses are the key to this case.

There is no problem with that mindset the issue is intentionally picking a fight to shoot someone who pissed you off. (Keep in mind I'm not saying that's what he did just what is implied by the state in the charges brought)

Reply to Rep. Jason Gerhard (R-Northfield) sponsoring a bill to allow convicted felons to legally possess firearms by [deleted]
On the one hand felons often commit further crime, on the other most of said felons just acquire weapons illegally regardless and from a legal standpoint punishment for their crime has already been served.
Realistically I'd just punish violent crime more harshly and reduce the amount a sentence can be lightened via a plea deal (in fact plea deals and the current criminal court carousel need to be retooled entirely).

They do but the state of NH made a law saying it would hold said primaries first, the democrats could refuse to show up if they wished but we would still hold our primaries first thus effectively they would not be a part of it.

Pappas is too based on his vote, I'm unaware of any higher echelon politicians actually in support of it from NH.

>It’s a flaw, but can’t they legalize all the business that make up the weed production pipeline but then just keep the final step of sales for the state only?
That is an option depending on the specifics but might not be the most practical, also the state would still have issues selling the way it wants until the feds give up on the war on drugs, so at the earliest that won't happen until 2024 to be used as a carrot for an election.

That's where the federal law gets in the way, if federally legal the state could buy from wholesale distributors that would inevitably pop up.

It would be better for the state in a funding sense, as for the citizens and economy well that depends on a number of factors ultimately it would be mixed with some pros/cons but the state isn't going to do anything until the feds back off.

The only reason we didn't have a vote allowing for states to opt into permanent daylight savings time was the house not voting on the senate's bill, as for going with standard time over DST I really don't care, I just want the time to be consistent.

So long as you avoid certain ones, Manchester for instance, its a good option though never go to the Manchester one.

I do not believe that for a second given how often the topic of extremely high rent prices comes up in other reddit subs. Its quite likely we have increased more than most but the rest of the country has seemed to increase as well.
