From what I’ve read there has never been a proven link between high voltage lines and cancer or health issues. I know many people that work in the power industry and actually touch high voltage daily for decades and you’re more likely to injured pulling a muscle than being harmed by an electric field. Unless you come in close distance without proper protection.
