do you own anything gold? it's in your electronics. do you eat chocolate?
there's a demand. someone will meet that demand, no matter what.

it's also partially tolerance! if you need a ton of energy drinks/caffeine to get through the day, try cutting a small bit at a time. i know it's hard, but then it will be easier to stay awake when you really need it

You scolded her? She was showing you bruises, not her chest. And you somehow forgot this for an entire week?
I don't buy it. You knew you were leaving, and you didn't want to deal with the investigation. You didn't just fail her, you're a monster only slightly better than the man who attacked her.

Reply to comment by notneverman in TIL that the 'funny bone' is not actually a bone in the arm, but a nerve. The ulnar nerve is connected from shoulder to hand and is protected by bones and muscles. As it passes thru the elbow it is only protected by the cubital tunnel, making it the most prone area in the body to 'strike a nerve'. by deddPan
I thought the funny bone was the humerus? The humerus is a bone.

Also a reminder that we don't know everything about the universe or physics yet! While Planet 9 would be a cool find, it always makes me think of Vulcan: the "planet" they used to explain Mercury's orbit with Newtonian physics.

he did not openly ask for help. he secretly sought treatment in a country other than his own.

intentionally looking at half naked women isn't the same as seeing a woman in public with cleavage. who you also shouldn't be staring at, whether you're single or not.

this isn't always true. different instruments take photos at different wavelengths. only some photos need to be recolored to reflect reality. notice i said reality? the colors aren't "made up", it's how the object would appear to your human eye. they change the color because they take photos in different wavelengths, like infrared. it's like taking a photo of yourself in infrared then changing the colors to what you look like to the human eye
