Well, typically, any storefront that has a sidewalk, all glass front walls and faces parking should have had bollards out front. Which then architects and property owners argue over aesthetics and cost. Who knows if Apple's location was that it wasn't obstructed by ugly columns or planters. Lawyers look for money...

I think India needs to be sent a message: no more H1/technical Visas to countries that back the Ukraine. And tech companies need to outsource phone support to Malaysia, Phillipines, elsewhere. Hurt their wallet. Oh, and Apple, no, you backed the wrong horse again, for making iPhones.

I watched this on the news. They couldn't determine as the driver died on the scene, but the passenger was alive and lifted to the hospital. And the firefighters that were there, said this isn't the first time they were hit. And, why dealing with the crash, they almost got hit again!
