Hmm that makes more sense than mine. I was more thinking of the "immortal Brad" because I didn't want to go into soul territory, as it means Brad's soul could go poltergeist and start messing with OP physically...and the Devil's comment suggests OP is gonna die real soon - but it makes sense. I still think of it as a taunt, though. Brad not remembering the last X number of years, perhaps decades, bedridden before being dragged unknowingly into hell? I doubt it. No offence.

Where did you get the "world started to spin"?

This one confused me. Can someone straighten out my inferences, please?Let's make younger bro "OP" for convenience's sake.

- OP made a deal with the devil a long time ago to get Brad's life; whatever the price was, it's not clear. Could be OP's soul, could be blood (the Devil has a thing with soul-for-soul kinda prices)

- Devil makes Brad a deal: he will be cured for 30 minutes ["a taste of what’s to come. This one’s on the house.”] in which he has to take a soul. He probably poisoned the mother real bad but she didn't die straight, which is why the Devil kept the clock going ("10 minutes left")

- Brad takes all the time he can to try kill OP. OP manages to "kill" Brad, but the deal is as long as Brad is alive. Yet, the deal was forever (?) Therefore, Brad can't really die until OP does. Their lives are somehow dependent on eachother...and good ol' Brad still wants revenge on OP. In true sadistic Brad nature, he asks OP if he's seen what he did to their own mother to show just how heartless he has become.

The last one really is confusing because of the circular dependence: Brad can't die forever, so OP can have Brad's life forever. Brad can clearly kill OP, then his life ends from OP's stab wound...both brothers get to go to hell for their crimes eternally. I think?

EDIT IN: The true sadistic nature of this tale is that judging by the ending...OP will never be able to confirm my deductions. I wanna say RIP but honestly, both of you are terrible people.

First off I'm sorry for your loss. It's hard losing a loved one early in life, and I can empathize.

Secondly, (sorry I might have missed this explanation somewhere) why haven't you up and left this haunted woodland? The upkeep must be bleeding you dry, the consistently disappearing staff and cryptid hunters aren't exactly enticing and the isolation is not good for anyone's mental health.

Furthermore if you fear the lack of lives to keep the creatures within the confines, whoever doxxed you has sent plenty of people with little perspective — and future prospect — to keep them entertained, surely (the "guns can deal with all problems" kind of people, who make my top favorite list right after STDs, cancer, organ failure etc.)

Anyway something that wasn't fully explained is why you started wearing your wedding dress, and kept it up. I might have missed the why but the gripping way you told your tale(s) kept me focused on other details.

EDIT: Also how are you getting internet there? If Leshy doesn't do good with fences, 20' poles or cables aren't really in his good books either.

You have 1 year, better sources than most foreign intelligence agencies and a hundred million to find this baritone before the next year's contest, because he'll be finding even tougher opponents and while congrats, to be frank you got lucky it was Triggs left. Someone less cocky could have the upper hand and $50m may not be enough to make them blink; especially when there's another $50m dying in front of them.

EDIT: Don't take the gum next year.
