Thing is, at least with me, i know what my problems are and what they were caused by and how to fix them, but the solutions to said problems are not viable, they just arent going to happen, so im fully aware im broken, and i know how i can be fixed, i just dont have the tools nor skills for that fix

True but my grandma said that drinking radioactive toxic sludge makes me hardened and improves my immune system. After all, thats hoe it was done back in the good old days and thats hoe people have been surviving until the ripe old age of 50 for all of our history

Also related to the last part, how many people actually get cured from long-lasting depression? And if its even possible to get permanently cured after a while?
