He is looking at houses in the 7-800K. Cost is subjective. RI may seem expensive to some but not all.

Broom for what? I have a couple Roborocks that do most of the upkeep and then my wife just picks up wherever she wants.

We are paying .29
17c supply And 10 delivery plus other fees. The delivery stays the same but the supply went down to 10.67 instead of 17.78

Probably a changeover from national grid in o new owners. If you pay attention l, it redirects you to national grid when you sign in. They might be moving severs over to their parent location in PA or wherever they are

You are drawing WAY too much for not having electric heat. You are almost at the same draw as me but I have electric heat pump, heat pump water heater ,one EV car (short commute) electric floor heating, always on server. Just saying that it’s time to get some sort of meter to find out what’s drawing so much power in your house.

No the credits were accrued at .19 and they are being used at .29. It is what it is just circumstances of these crazy past two years.

I’m same way I have almost everything electric except for stove and dryer but I had a healthier 600 credit entering December. My heat pump used about 500 kwhr and the tesla used about 450 (winter sucks ). I still have 200 credit for January but will Probably go over since we have had almost no sun so far

Yeah we got kinda screwed since we got paid at .19 cents and are using credits at .29 so no REALLY net metering but hopefully with nat gas prices down, the upcoming electricity prices should also come down

Yeah just make sure you get multiple bids because some rebates are increasing , so will prices. Get at least 3 bids.

Make sure you have some adequate insulation and air sealing. It is easier to heat and cool a insulated home than it is a drafty cold home

Look up all my previous posts. I have a ducted heat pump in 1400 square ft house with 1k basement and my electric bill for the heat pump last month would have been 145 but I have extra solar credits so it was still $0. I keep the house at constant 71. You just have to make sure you buy a cold climate heat pump

That’s numbers aren’t real. Electricity went up like 47 percent and gas went up like 15 percent
