It literally everyone, but in America, close enough that no one has to eat the ass of a wonderbread loaf. Cultural attitudes teaching children to always finish what’s on their plates is an artifact and causing more problems than it’s helping.

With Aramco, they generally just have to dig a hole in the ground with a shovel and oil comes gushing out. But it is true that the House of Saud has been pretty good at taking care of the goose that lays the golden eggs. Let’s if that stays the case after MBS overturns the old system.

Equinor is more the exception that proves the rule when it comes to national oil companies. They’re even competitive in producing resources outside of Norway!

With both Pemex and PSVSA, you see production collapsing due to a combination of cronyism, corruption, lack of investment, generally too many people with their hands in the pot and lack of foreign competition to keep things honest. PDVSA is even worse off because of nationalizations and all the other problems with the Venezuelan economy.

Dr Mike Israetel talks about this a lot.

This is good advice if you’re young and a beginner, but might not necessarily make sense if you’re older or if you’re past the beginner stage, depending on what your goals are.

The issue with the major compound lifts is that they build up a ton of fatigue and some injury risk. You really won’t be able to do it more than two or three times a week.

With more targeted lifts, you can get plenty of muscle stimulus, with less fatigue. Which can be be very useful if you’re going for muscle size.

Bronze was easier (as in actually possible, given technologies at the time) to form into large homogenous pieces like that, but let’s not forget that bronze was really expensive. One of the incentives for developing him iron casting technology in the 18th century was that while bronze cannons were better than iron cannons, bronze was way more expensive.
