This isn’t about the platform itself. It’s about the departments’ choices of which arrests to report on publicly. This study does focus on Facebook because it’s the most popular platform, making the dataset larger, but it isn’t about algorithms like I initially assumed before reading the study.

Yeah the only people that educate their children about safe sex are those that didn’t receive that education themselves. Nobody would ever pass on that knowledge of they had used it successfully to have children when they planned to.

The HPV vaccine is intended to prevent you from getting HPV which increases the risk of getting some cancers. This vaccine is aimed at directly fights those cancers which is much more important for the large portion of the population that have already contracted HPV.
