I always see my local cvs pharmacy employees have to deal with so many god awful people. I cannot keep my composure in that situation so hats off to all Brookline pharmacists, you guys rock!!

You are not stupid. You can only learn by making mistakes. You will inevitably have something similar happen in the future and you will know how to handle it better. Don’t beat yourself up!
