Here are my toughts:
If i understood correctly, she basically lied to you, so maybe she got scared/worried of losing the platonic relationship she wanted. If she overthinks it by assuming you have an ulterior motive, your relationship is probably dead, she might decline the meeting in 2 days. There are people who can understand your toughts and feelings, if she is one of them shes gonna be cool with it. I hope everythings gonna be okay, but even if its not, dont be sorry. You meant what you said and she should be gratefull for having such a nice friend who cares about her, after all you are just giving her options and trying to make her happy.
