I worked there very briefly. Their leads are garbage. I did make some sales but not in their pushy, masculine way. The people that actually make any money have no morals. Notorious BIG “Juicy” plays at the start of their Monday all staff meeting, where they announce who made what in the last week!

After I quit, I started writing a piece about them called “the church of Arias” but got disgusted with it.

Used to work for another places, in shadyside that just closed in the last 2 weeks. They had about 10 part time employees. The owner only told their best customers and 2 of the employees, but they also contacted old employees, who hadn’t worked for them in a decade, to tell them. The 2 employees they told were not managers or supervisors.

They haven’t posted it on any social media. They just turned off the phones and closed up. One of their employees worked for them for almost 20 years, and they never called her.

I wish I were surprised that business owners can be completely ignorant of how to treat their staff like humans, but sadly I’m not. And I think this trend will continue.

Here’s some free advice:

Stop using your political position to make yourselves richer at the expense of your constituents.

The 1950s are over, coal isn’t coming back nor is the production era because in your short-sided way of thinking, you sent all the jobs overseas so you could pay less in wages and taxes.

Women are humans too and deserve all the same rights as men.

Same with gay and trans people; they have always existed and they are human. Leave them alone.

People of color are people, people who have different beliefs are people. Basically just respect all humans.

THE MINIMUM WAGE MUST BE RAISED, by a lot!

And the last thing we need more of are old rich white men ruining shit. When the hell are you dinosaurs going to die already?
