I have clients that use Oscar for MH services, not sure where they purchased the plan. No deductible for MH, just a copay that ranges in price. Oscar is part of the United healthcare umbrella.

Bet it's no more than 1200 for 1 bedroom, 2 years ago they had a studio for $850

I used to pay 1100 in Clifton, large 1 bedroom garden apartment... 5 minutes from train station, 5 minutes from busses to NY. This was about 2-3 years ago.
