Depends on what the music is & how long they've had to practice it. If they're career musicians for hire, they could go thru hundreds of pieces of music for various different gigs and not have the time to memorize everything. But if it's a soloist and it's their own music, they likely will have memorized a piece that they wrote.

The problem with this country is that technology advances exponentially faster than regulation. Just look at the Jan 6 hearings, it's been several years since that crime was committed on live tv, and they still haven't figured out what to do about it. This is a crime first, fine later type of country. And if you remember the facebook hearings, those old boomers in congress have no fucking clue how the internet works.

Cuz there isn't much of it and it's incredibly cheaper and easier and safer to just bury it in the ground on site.
