I think at one point I named the pigeons something ridiculous like ‘Montgomery’ and ‘Mr.Smith’ because they look like formally dressed revenue agents coming to investigate my less formal less official chickens
The local pigeons have divided which lawns belong to whom so every dawn I see the same two pigeons visit (recognisable by irregular coat patterns by their necks)
