My parents chose NH over VT. they had looked at a number of things, cost of living, job opportunities and pay, crime etc. ultimately it came down to the number of DUIs VT has every year and repeat offenders. they chose NH as it had a lower rate at the time (not sure how things compare now)

I doubt they'll even consider gun charges

lets see how many of the laws already on the books get thrown at this crew. prohibited person in possession of a gun, another prohibited person stealing the gun, selling it without a background check (newer vt law), selling it to a prohibited person (basically straw purchase).

NH was always a shall issue state but just went to constitutional carry, unlike our legislature they haven't passed magazine capacity limits because some dipshit highschool students made threats... so NH is more lax at this point
