Harrington Farns 2024 Price Package

Bit on the more expensive side, but on par with the cost of most venues around. They just break down the total cost in different ways.

We've looked at about 9 places in Mass, NH and Vermont over the past 8 months.

If OP wants any advice feel free to DM me. I can share some pricing from a few different venues.

The nicest place we've found venue wise compared to cost had minimal fees, no minimum guest count even on Saturdays and Sundays, only a $18,000 food and beverage minimum for Saturdays (even less off days / season and on unrented nearby dates or less popular dates .. (Friday the 13th, New Years Eve, etc..). It's 25ish minutes outside of Worcester a bit past Treehouse Brewing.

Do a little "big dig". Drop 290 underground from the Worcester side of lake Quinsig through to Auburn. Build green spaces above with walkable / bikeable friendly small business shopping with mixed use restaurant / activity / artist spaces.

Edit. If possible : reopen the Blackstone canal from underground to add some visible water running through the city.
