The ice is seasonal. Usually begins forming in November and often lasts until May.

It’s a small world!! That was a great day and we were happy to share with you guys - we both know what’s it like to finish a long paddle and then have dehyd’s for supper haha. The water was 38f that day.. but we didn’t kayak - we “cheated” and took a power boat.
