This goes the same for all social media such as Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc. They’ve been collecting our data for years and TikTok is no different. I also think it would be a waste of money for China to create an app just to collect people’s data in the US. Our data has been for sale on the internet for years! If China really wants it that bad then just buy it. What’s next? Are you gonna tell me that TikTok is listening to me? That’s a BS answer because your Alexa, Google Home, Siri, iPhone, and same goes with all social media/websites are also listening to us. And who knows what these US companies are doing with our data! They could be selling it to china for all we know. The TikTok ban thing is the biggest scam of 2023. When did the government care for our security?! Like never! If they think TikTok is a national security issue, we might as well ban the whole f*cking web and every tech device because they are all made in China! Also did you forget that China owns land in the US? All this is a scam! It’s all about money 😡😡😡 And don’t tell me that I should trust the US government with my data more than China. I don’t trust any kind of government with my data!

Reply to Why do iPhone cables often end up working only one way up and not the other? by Not_Not_Matt
This has never happened to me. Either you have a defective charging cable or your charging port of your phone needs to be cleaned

Using an iPhone 12 Pro on 16.2 Beta 3 and I am having no crashing problems with the Youtube app. My Youtube app is also up to date so I am not sure why so many people are having crashing problems
