Game Pass has Battlefield, Forza, Halo, Jedi Fallen Order, Skate, Need For Speed, Minecraft, DOOM, Fallout, Eldef Scrolls, etc.

Switching platforms you'd probably spend more money of you were to rebuy your games, so if you plan to rebuy games on the series S I would just save the money and get a PS5 instead

Game pass has both of those Battlefield games and BFH , BF4, BFV, BC2, and BF4.
Also, Crisis, Dead Space, DIRT, HITMAN, Just Cause, Mass Effect. TES is more than just ESO and Skyrim since it includes Redguard, Morrowind and Oblivion too. TWD, Wolfenstein, Yakuza, Watch Dogs, etc.
