Honestly; age issues aside, probably not. She's such a broken singleminded person by then, I don't think she's capable of that kind of intimacy. She's enormously traumatuzed, no one in her life since her mother died has shown her any sort of physical affection, even something as simple as a hug; and her training as a Faceless Assassin is designed to completely dehumanize her.

What about the conduct of the CCP makes you think they do well working in collaborations?

I believe with birds they're sort of 'drafting' so the lead bird would drop to the back to rest periodically

A flock of sheep also has alot less members than even a small town. They are all far more familiar and thus trusting with all members than basically any human community can be

Typically weather research.
>And how an Antarctic research station has a bunch of guns behind glass and a flamethrower.
They only have the one revolver, likely a personal possession. The flamethrowers would have been for ice and snow clearance.

It's the perfect cover really, leave a mimic or two with the group to keep them distracted/turn them while it makes a new ship underground unobserved.

Pretty sure it dug the pit while being left ignored in the shack. Unobserved, it could mutate out any feature that would be effective at excavation or escape to go gather parts.

Are you familiar with the Expanse? I feel like you'd find the Protomolecule endlessly interesting.

Or you could not be an edgey teenager and pass on commenting on movies you've never seen.

It probably doesn't really have one, kind of like The Builders in The Expanse. Pure parasites.

It's almost like that was only one of many contributory factors.
