Friendly reminder! Citgo doesn't own or operate a single gas station (at least in the US). That store and the chain is Atlantis Fresh Market/Atlantis Management Group based out of Berlin and Mount Vernon, NY. I'd take it up with them before wasting your time with Citgo for something they're not even remotely responsible for.

Citgo is merely the brand of fuel being sold, Atlantis Fresh Market/Atlantis Management Group is who'd you want to go after for anything besides the brand of fuel.
