Not really enough info to make a recommendation either way. To me, it does sound like you're a heavy user. I'm not confident any base model phone would be enough for your needs without charging.

What about spending less money and getting one of those battery cases I'm assuming they make for the S21? B/c I really feel if you got the mini, you'd still end up needing one of those.

Start stacking small wins. Forget about the recent streak of bad days. Even if that’s one task around the house, or a small fitness win to start. Gotta start building up momentum in the positive direction. The desire to do so is an important first step. Now don’t get hung up on the details about what exactly these small wins are - just start stacking them.

I think what they added to iOS 16 only adds the ability for iPhone apps to contribute to the rings.

I’d love to be corrected, but for whatever reason I also can’t get the phone to track steps when my watch is charging, however it seems that if I used a 3rd party fitness app - it would then contribute to ring closures.

I remember older iPhones I could just look at my step count but I can’t get it to contribute without my watch and I don’t have any 3rd party fitness apps.
