So that is about the minimum that your expenses should be. When you meet as a hoa and remove him, you can reset dues to be 1100 each if you'd like. I'd recommend targeting a balance of about 1% of property value raised in excess to the hoa to help manage external repairs. From the history you could see your annual maintenance and calculate who owes what to hit that.

I mean in Cleveland you can get to Pittsburgh in 2 hours. Even on the T it often takes me 1.5 hours to get from green line to fields corner for Vietnamese food. Meanwhile we pass 4 bad Vietnamese places.

I don't think you'd tell that guy from Cleveland that they have good Vietnamese food if they had to travel to Pittsburgh to get it. It's a matter of time and perspective!

Drove someone to the airport at 4:30am - the roads are still hard to drive without any other cars. None of the lights are timed, and still you are turning every 3 seconds to go a new direction.

And yet, the usual 35 minute trip took 15 minutes. Not bad. If normal Boston driving is a 3/10 driving at 4:30am is a 7/10.

Though on storrow there was an ambulance with its lights on going 30. We were all a little confused about that. Do we pass it? I mean, I didn't. But we were going 45-55 before catching up to it! The problem solved itself when the speed limit on storrow increased to 40 and the ambulance sped up to 50.

It makes me wonder what an ambulance going down jamaicaway is like!

Op said inspired, not influenced. I'm sure the board room thinking of fun things to add to everything everywhere all at once random sequences pitched 15 different movies, and ratatoille was one that was mentioned. I think they were "inspired" by the idea of someone on someones head controlling them.

I know what you mean, of course thematically they aren't similar at all. But, since it's a list of movies that contributed to the content or were referenced in EEAAO, I think inspired is a fine term to use as a blanket for all of them.
