Virginia, Massachusetts, Kentucky are also commonwealths. The Commonwealth of Virginia, The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Ohio still has cash toll booths along with EZPass. You likely paid the Ohio toll. PA is toll-by-plate only.

Most cars nowadays have both Kph and mph on the speedometer, and the digital displays show the same
