You should care, your tax dollars pay for the insurance premiums and maintenance on that stuff, and it’s ridiculously expensive. If they don’t need it they shouldn’t have it

A lot of good suggestions here, but it would help to know what kind of stuff you’re looking to do? The tough thing with bars is most people aren’t going to engage with strangers, so striking up a convo can be hard unless you’re an extrovert.
