Latham House and Mathew’s are good sit down brunch spots. Scram has my favorite breakfast sandwich (ham with pineapple jam), but they’re only open 8am-12pm, Thurs-Sun.

Urby does short term leases. I found their listing on Airbnb, but if you contact them directly, it’s slightly cheaper than going through Airbnb. You can email them at abode@urby.com.

Reply to OBGYN care by Acrobatic-Season-770
I had an absolute horrible time there. The OBGYN I actually saw was great, but I had a lot of really horrible experiences with the staff, including instances where they loudly asked me for + announced VERY private health information out loud in the waiting room where others were present.

Reply to comment by EksXxx in Has anyone tried SCRAM cafe/bakery at Downtown JC? What should I order from them? and do you have any idea why they are only open from 8AM-12PM and are closed twice a week? Dont they need money/profit in this economy? by EksXxx
Pastries are good but a little pricey (I guess to sustain the 3 days of the week they’re not open). I always get a donut or sausage roll if they’re available. The burnt honey cake is great too.
