White’s and Nicks are going to be the best but unfortunately out of the price range. I see a couple pairs of Danner boots that meet your requirements. No idea if you find them attractive though.

These are looking a bit dry. I would rub on some leather cream if you want the best chance of a buy it for life item.

Laser printer a few years ago was one of the best purchases of my life. Ink never dries out and pages print in a couple seconds.
