It’s definitely Summit. The paper they distributed had a typo. Logo is clear as day on top the paper

It’s very overrated and they don’t offer decaf which is odd to me

I live on the corner of a 4 way stop and you can look out the window and watch as car after car after car roll right through the stop signs. Best part is that there’s a speed bump right after and you can hear all the idiots bottoming out and scraping the shit out of their cars

Reply to Columbus towers bribing $50 off rent if you leave good review on Google Business by pineappleexpression
This is pretty standard for businesses. Having good reviews and scores on things like Google, Yelp, Trust Pilot, etc. is pivotal to their success as a business

Does anything ever get accomplished at these meetings or is this just a platform for people complain?

I live in Hamilton Park and it’s great. Takes me 15 minutes to walk to the PATH. It’s about a 10 minute walk to all the bars downtown. And it’s about a 10 minute Uber to Hoboken. Personally, I love it here.

Yeah, I hear you. The cost with extractions was $1,800. The money isn’t the issue, I just don’t want to get ripped off if I can avoid it. Thanks for the feedback!

Reply to New neighbors cook Indian food every night. Whole hallway smells like an Indian restaurant all the time. What can we dooooooo by [deleted]
I’ve experienced this before. I knocked on their door and had an honest conversation with them. I explained how the smell was filling the entire building and that several other tenants had complained. I asked if they could open a window when cooking and use a fan to blow the smell out. They did it and it helped a lot.
If your neighbor isn’t as kind as mine was, you could always offer to purchase the fan for them. Other option is to get a letter signed by other tenants and present it to your landlord. This shouldn’t done unless you ask the neighbor kindly and they tell you to pound sand.
Good luck!

I like the idea of closing off sections at a time to give it a chance to grow back. At the end of the day, the amount of kids who use that park for recess is very high so it will never flourish

It’s not the dog pee lol. It’s the thousands of little kids playing on it every day and the lack of sun due to the trees
