If you are working at ft. Meade look in fed hill, riverside, and locust point. It's a 30mn drive with traffic and those areas are all pretty great for walking around. Those are all basically off of 95.

I cannot stress enough how those are the places you should be looking at if you are working at Meade. Latrobe park is also great if you have young kids or dogs.
