I live at Vantage which is managed by Bozzuto and really like it! Lots of people here with young kids and apartments are sound-proofed extremely well from my experience. It's dog friendly but not sure about the breed restrictions. The building does have elevator issues from time to time, but I live on a lower floor so it doesn't impact me as much.
