I think it's a matter of using both lanes to travel. A lot of people don't obey the rules of the road. For example, it's the same posted speed in all lanes. I wonder if all those people breaking the law by speeding by me truly follow the left-hand law and get over ever?

You have to remember that if they are passing someone driving slower in the right lane, their passing speed might not be the same speed you're crusing at. So, maybe, the speeding driver should readjust and follow the posted speed.

Yep! The City Paper had a brief mention in July, following the opening of Target.

Yes. But it also depends on where you're coming from. But it is not as cheap as real estate agents, developers and some news outlets claim it to be. Unless, of course, you're becoming the CEO of one of the companies here! Then you're good!

Target officially opened in the summer of 2022. The building also has a hotel (which opened in 2019) and several floors of apartments. There is still retail space open. Plus, Burlington is moving down the street and a Five Below is coming. New life for this Pittsburgh gem!

I love and miss this Kaufmann's so much. I had mixed emotions, remembering all of the floors and all of the fun. I am so so so so happy to see the building have a new life. I will also forever miss Kaufmann's.
