(ianal) Last I checked, there were no laws in Massachusetts, or Boston city ordinances in particular, making it illegal to sleep in your car. You may get nagged/asked to move along or a cop may knock just to check you're not dead, but unless you're trespassing on private property you shouldn't have any more trouble than that.
