I’ve been using the same setup for a few months now. Best bang-for-buck I’ve experienced thus far experimenting with koss + pads combos.
From my experience with these: If the ear-pads are moved or shifted from their position on the driver housing, even in the slightest, it drastically changes the perceived treble response. They become prone to “tunneling” the high end freq., causing them to sound quite harsh so I had to experiment with the position of the pads at first. Did you attach the pads with any form of adhesive? and if so what did you use?
