The only times I’ve been sketched out in Biddo are when the streets are completely empty.

Not saying crime doesn’t happen, but it’s much more rare than you think. Biddeford is much sleepier than you’re giving it credit for.

There’s literally hundreds of people out at bars and restaurants downtown every night and they don’t seem to have an issue.

Also, I moved to Biddeford because you can walk to coffee shops, breweries and restaurants.

Having boring safe suburban areas isn’t impressive.

Just wait until the entire Pearl District is completed.

Biddeford is going to be a shining example of how to do transit oriented development. Portland take note.

Really wish Saco would get onboard. They have sooo much empty space right next to the Amtrak station too.

I live in Biddeford and I haven’t experienced any of that.

Yeah, there’s some trashy people and druggies, but it’s not that widespread.

Like just go into any of the breweries or restaurants or attend some of the events.
