This. In 3-4 years your car will be dead and worth zero while your loan will still be $28k. (I didn't do the math)
Gotta move some stuff around. Job, housing, loan, etc. The reality is you can't make this work with your credit so change what you can.

10yr, 100k mile means it expires at 100k miles or 10yrs, whichever comes first.

This is time consuming to fix with just mud. Cut out a square and put up drywall

Reply to comment by Ekeenan86 in Zero skills. How do I fix this cracking caulk? by b00tsRandolph
I'm not a fan of 230. It skins over fast and is tough to tool. I'd consider it premium painter caulk.
For a kitchen bath buy real silicone. It's going to be $10
buildyourown t1_ixv4r6s wrote
Good caulk doesn't crack. They either used grout (super hard, should only be used for butt joints) or painters caulk (super cheap, should be used for interior painted surfaces)
Go buy some good caulk. Cut the old stuff out and redo.

I just did some panels in MDF and primed with oil based kilz. Quick sand between coats and the color coat went down as normal. Just used 4" rollers

Either nail it up to the studs or rip it all down and put drywall up. Both are pretty easy and cheap

You can absolutely fake it with a router table.

You aren't disabled, you are injured. I tore a major ligament 25 yrs ago and they weren't able to repair it. I relearned how to walk. It has given me challenges but I am living a fine life. You can go to college on crutches (I did) You can get lots of sit down or remote jobs.

These aren't dangerous at all. Raise the door and the spring should be slack

Tiles and grout aren't supposed to be waterproof. There should be a flange on the shower pan that tucks under the tile. If that isn't there, it was installed wrong. The real fix is to replace the pan.

Voltage drop is a concern with EV Chargers so you want the heavier gauge wire.

You are going to hurt anything. However, I would make sure your "garage" meets code for insurance. They require a fire wall between any space with a roll up door. Or, you can have a garage door into your basement.
Not a huge deal but in the event of a fire, the claim could get complicated
