I agree with you because I am one of those people. I had to study a lot before going to the gym and the first phase wasn't easy, but it's good that I didn't give up.

I understand your point of view, what I mean is that every time we want to go to the gym, the thing that stops us is always going to the gym and being afraid that people will judge us. I want everyone to get through this step before thinking about the next good thing, because you have to have enough confidence to practice to be able to maintain it.
