The goat is filled with early 20s and is one of the more popular bars for socializing, dancing, and lots of drinking

Depends what you’re looking for. Stumble inn (LondonDerry) has good deals on food with live music but it’s extremely loud. The Goat in Manchester has decent food and after 9 they clear the tables for the dance floor with live music. Old School in Windham has a nice atmosphere and food is pretty good.
