I have insurance. Whatever your copay for a specialist is. I’d call and ask about payment if you are self pay. It took me about 3 weeks to get in. I was one of the first patients when they formed this clinic. I see them monthly for med refills and a monthly appt with my therapist. Things are going to vary based on how many patients they have and how many providers, etc. call them.

I moved from out of state and made an appt to see a provider at Eustasis. I have PTSD, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Dr Jains screamed at me one day because I did not want to take a medication he prescribed. I had taken it in the past and told him, it did not work for me. His office refused to do a prior authorization for a medication that I had already been taking. He also failed to obtain my medical records from my previous provider.

He raised his voice at me and triggered my PTSD and sent me into a very depressed state. I nearly went home and unalived myself after my visit. I went to my PCP the next day about the incident. My PCP is also Indian and knows the Jains family personally. Dr Jains was very abusive to his first wife. My PCP said to never go back to Eustasis.

I go to Bibi Health now. I feel like they don’t spend much time with me, but they are calm and kind.
