Omg everyone on here is wrong - you have your phone set to optimize battery life and that means not fully charging until close to when you normally disconnect it. This makes the battery last longer. Turn off “optimize battery life” and it’ll charge fully every time.

It’s to optimize battery life. You have it turned on. Turn it off and it’ll charge fully. If you leave it on your battery will last longer.
