I ask myself that same question about every 6 months as I get lazy and finally decide to unload all the shit from my pockets. The big work ring? Leave it at work. All the backups? Secure at home.
Current rotation is:
1 car key, in my pocket. 1 house key, in my work bag 1 work key, on a belt clip with my work ID card, on my belt. 1 backup work key, in my work bag.
Maximum 2 keys on my person at any one time, and minimal chance of losing more than one of them.
They all live on individual hooks by my front door, so if I get to my car without a car key, I can tell right away that I also don’t have my belt work key, then I shamefully go back inside for both.

Reply to Make my choice: which stainless steel food container should I get? Round, Rectangle or Square? Looking to get away from plastic containers for the kids but can't decide which one is more practical in long run by klaroline1
Rectangle will fit best in many common insulated carriers, like the Fjallraven.

Might take a peek at that Chemex, then. It’s a pretty choice design object, and suitable for gas and electric (electric if you use their little squiggle grid thing to keep it off the element.

If it absolutely has to whistle, my mom has a Le Creuset kettle that’s been going solid for 20+ years.
If you need a “when is the water boiling” kettle, I’ve got about 15 years going on a Chemex Water Kettle, and it looks and performs perfectly. The glass is also nice for “it’s just about to boil” for green teas.

We are, but medical development takes a loooooooooong time.
Some of the treatments just now being approved and hitting market, in 2022, began human trials in the mid 2010’s, which means that base research probably started a few years before that.

Be aware that price is just for the bag and insert, the frame costs extra.
In reality, though, the frame is fucking solid and the bag is just an ALICE pack with a trash can in it.
Food for thought.

You should be able to pull a manual for your particular thermostat and decipher the exact code, every mfg has a host of alarms that present in different ways. You won’t know more until you can decipher what you’re being told.

Reply to comment by LitelPipol in Why are some vinyl record players much more expensive than others? by LitelPipol
It’s pretty much the same as anything else: you’re paying for more and better precision, more vibration damping, more aesthetics, more exotic materials, that kind of thing.
In this case, putting an AT-LP60 against a, say, a Pro-Ject Debut, the Debut has the more solid body, the more solid platter, a carbon tonearm, comes with a better cartridge, and moves the power supply off-board to the wall. All of those improvements move it into a different echelon of performance, which will cause you fewer headaches over time.
It’s relatively easy to get something to play a record, but it takes some finesse to play a record well, and that costs some money.

Adding to that: the formed clay acts as a very mild pressure cooker in a way that a pot with a lid never could.
