Why does someone post something like this every few months. All the necessities are still open such as grocery stores. Just drive the fuck over to another county if you really need something else.

Yea I understand it's not about passengers. I was stating my situation. I also had other drivers in my household but was never asked to add them.

I've never heard of this. I have progressive and have never been told any of that when renewing or changing vehicles. I do have more than the basic coverage to be able to cover passengers but have never added anyone else in my policy. Are you dealing with a local office? I've always renewed online and never have to deal with anyone.

Parents just had roof replaced on their house in Bergen County. Took 2 business days and no labor issues.
