Depends which, you're right some are not great but some hotels have amazing ones. Not necessarily super expensive ones either since I've never stayed at one.

I definitely have tension headaches, it builds up in my temples and get worse through the day + I have TMJ disorder, work at desk all day and my vision strains too because of uncorrectable bad eyesight in one eye but I slept on a better pillow for a month at my mom's and it helped. I didn't consider taking muscle relaxers daily though, did it help a lot? What do you take?

Good question, I haven't had one yet long term, I tried those I mentioned in the OP but returned them. Seems like someone said dry cleaning though. I figured I was going to look into it afterwards haha. I don't wash my pillows that often though but at some point I would.

I figured, that's why I went for like 80$ on Amazon and then tried the 160$ one on Parachute but I actually think the Amazon one was better haha. Lots of suggestions in this thread though, hopefully I will be able to find a good one with all that help.
