Seriously though, there's no reason you couldn't make a console in whatever shape you want. It's just plastic. The limiting factor would only be size. You could make one in the shape of a dildo, as long as somewhere in the design is large enough to hold the electronics of the console you are running. Making it a sphere would be rather simple. There's not really a reason to do it, it's a huge waste of space and if you're even being so specific that it can't have a flat bottom to remain in a specific orientation, then it wouldn't be a very practical solution either.

Yeah, HDMI 2.1 seems to mostly deal with 4K and higher than 60hz right now. I believe the PS5 requires 2.1 to use Variable Refresh Rate tech in the display, but I'm not sure a tv with a 60hz panel is going to have that either. Xbox Series X will do VRR over a 2.0 connection.

You can buy those immersive backlighting systems separately. No need to base your TV purchase around it.
