Tokyoiter here. Major nuisance to all forms of traffic - especially unsafe to bike lanes.. Mostly a foreigner tourist trap who can't spot the subtle differences

Nope thats not Khumbu then. Annapurna I is further south like an enclave. Everest on rare summer days can be very clear and look similar to this.

Are you sure? That sounds more like a backronym to me than an actual derivative streetword. From what i also heard, policemen used to wear copper badges or helmets (?) and the distinctive appear made them be called "cop" as a slang

I wish Gatorade came naturally :) The blueness comes from a certain Aluminum salt in higher concentration in the spring water. The frothy waterfall (which feeds the lake too) nearby also looks like arctic cooler drink fountain
